This small and compact house is located among peaceful, picturesque, polish forest. Its characteristic form consisting of three segments – which can be noticed in the roof geometry and floorplan - is a result of search for best functionality and at the same time adapting the roof shape to the local requirements. This results in clear division of spatial sequences: bedroom - living space - bedroom, thanks to which privacy and closeness to the common area are possible at the same time.

The interior layout consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. The spacious terrace, available from the living room, opens towards the forest views. Thanks to wide glazing, the interior also benefits from the view and is flooded with sunlight. In order to blend with the surrounding landscape, the façade is designed with wooden finishing.

Thoughtful placement of windows allows for different visual connections to the outdoors, uses and levels of privacy. Panoramic, north-facing windows are placed in the kitchen and living area, opening to the forest. Another window on the other side of the living room is placed higher, ensuring more privacy and directing the view towards the sky. In the bedrooms, windows are placed lower, providing an extra space to sit.
